Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the payment method you're using is yours and that the information you've given us is accurate.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password private and for any activity under your account. Tell us right away at support@taytae.com if you think someone else has access.

• Everything we make is limited. We produce our sets in small runs. When a print or size sells out, we may never make it again, and we don't guarantee restocks.
• Colors vary by screen. We photograph our prints as accurately as we can, but every monitor and phone renders color differently. Slight variation between the photo and the garment isn't a defect.
• Handmade variation. Prints are cut from continuous fabric, so pattern placement can vary slightly from set to set. We think that's part of the charm.
• Sizes are approximate. Our size guide lists garment measurements taken flat. Use it as a guide, not a guarantee of fit.
• Daywear, not sleepwear. Our sets are intended as playwear and daywear. They are not manufactured or certified as children's sleepwear. See our Product Safety & Care page.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but never on an order you've already placed.

Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by Shopify Payments and its partners.

Errors. Occasionally a price or product description may be wrong. If we discover an error on an order you've placed, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. Until then, we may cancel or reduce any order — for example, if an item sells out, if we suspect fraud, if the order looks like a reseller bulk-buy, or if we can't verify your billing information. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

For limited releases, adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve it. Inventory is only held once your payment completes. We may limit quantities per customer or per household on a drop, and we'll say so on the product page when we do.

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchanges policy are part of these terms. Please read them — they cover delivery estimates, costs, return windows, and how refunds work.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of your package, but we'll always help you resolve a lost or stolen delivery as described in our Shipping Policy.

Promo codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can't be combined, have no cash value, and expire as stated. We can cancel a code at any time. Gift cards don't expire, aren't redeemable for cash, and are non-refundable.

Everything on this site — our name, logo, monograms, original illustrations, fabric prints, photography, copy, and page design — belongs to taytae or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or use our prints, illustrations, or photography for any commercial purpose without our written permission. You're welcome to share our photos on social media with credit.

If you send us a photo, review, or comment, you give us permission to use it in our marketing — on our site, in emails, and on social media — with credit to your handle or first name. You keep ownership of it.

By sharing, you confirm you have the right to share it and that any child in the photo is your own or that you have their guardian's permission. We may remove any content for any reason. Please don't send anything unlawful, hateful, misleading, or that infringes on someone else's rights.

• Use the site for anything illegal
• Buy our products to resell them without our written permission
• Scrape, copy, or data-mine the site
• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site
• Impersonate anyone or submit false information
• Interfere with another customer's use of the site

We link to other sites — our Instagram, our carriers' tracking pages, our payment processors. We don't control them and we're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing here limits any warranty or right you have under applicable consumer protection law that can't be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, taytae and its owners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to.

Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

You agree to cover our costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, for any claim arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or content you submitted.

Talk to us first. Email support@taytae.com and describe the problem. Almost everything gets solved here, and we agree to work with you in good faith for 30 days before either of us starts a formal proceeding.

If we can't resolve it, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and we both consent to that jurisdiction. Either of us may still bring an individual claim in small claims court.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

• Severability. If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• No waiver. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
• Entire agreement. These terms, plus our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy policies, are the whole agreement between us.
• Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when you placed them.
• Assignment. You can't transfer these terms to anyone else. We can, if we sell or reorganize the business.
